Green Tinted Sixties Mind Guitar Lesson

Slightly disturbingly Lean Into It by Mr Big is 30 years old this year! In honour of this I thought that in this MasterThatRiff! lesson we would look at how to play the intro to a classic track from that album, Green-Tinted Sixties Mind.

Paul Gilbert is rightly proud of penning this hit song and his head turning and melodic intro is instantly recognisable. It requires a bit of moving about the fingerboard with both left and right hands so take things slowly and build it up in stages and you’ll have it nailed in no time.

Have fun!

If you have any suggestions, lesson requests or would like HELIX patches, Soundslice TAB, extended lessons, behind the scenes etc. check out the mastertheguitar Patreon page.
